You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please either submit a request through your customer account or email us at support@cozypops.com. Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 30 days.

Returns not postmarked within this timeframe will not be refunded.

To qualify for a refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• In brand new, unused condition
• In original plastic packaging, with tags intact
• Free of pet hair, dust, or allergens
• No signs of wear, washing, cleaning, or improper care
• No visible stains, odors, damage, or discoloration

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized products
• Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Wholesale or bulk orders
• Designer collaborations
• Any item that shows signs of use or damage

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

A restocking fee will apply per item, based on original price:

• Item Price Under $100 Restocking Fee $25
• Item Price $100–$250 Restocking Fee $45
• Item Price Over $250 Restocking Fee $75

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

To prevent damage during return transit, please use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
