We ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
If a product is temporarily out of stock at your nearest location, we may ship from another regional warehouse.

However, if the tracking status shows “delivered,” we are unable to offer refunds or compensation.
Please note that CozyPOPs is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery to mailrooms, front desks, or building lobbies.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. You may contact the carrier for further assistance.
